Good morning, I should have had this up yesterday as we all know it is Motivational Quotes on Sunday. Although Charlie had different plans for us so I wasn’t able to work the way I had planned. As it is Labor Day weekend and we have had kids in and out all weekend. By the time last night ended I just wanted to crawl in a whole and hide.
Then I had to get up this morning and face another day off with Charlie being home from school. So I woke up thinking we would have another house full of children. Although that didn’t happen as Charlie went to a friends to play. So all I can say this morning is “Thank the Lord” because I needed a break.
This week as I begin to blog I have been praying and trying to decide what I wanted to do and if I wanted to move forward with the blog. As well as start a Christmas Guide this year. When I stumbled on the quote above. So I did just what it said and I made me a glass of tea and I sat down and Prayed.
Then I pulled Charlie and David into the kitchen and we talked about everything that has been happening in our lives. Including us not being able to purchase our home like we thought. Then I asked David if he needed me to go to work. Because if he did I was ready and I wouldn’t be upset.
I would either shut the blog down or just do it in my spare time. Before I could get those words out Charlie said no, you can’t give up the blog. It is ours together I will help you. Once Charlie finished telling me what he thought I asked David what he wanted and he said no, keep blogging.
Then I mentioned the Christmas Guide and how much work it is and how much time it takes. Once I was done both Charlie and David said they would help me in anyway they could. But they thought I should go ahead and get it set up. As this will be out 10th year to host a Christmas Gift Guide.
So all I can say is we are back and we are here to stay. So be watching to see what all Charlie, David and I bring you this year. Because before you know it this year will be gone and we will be facing a New Year. But not before we launch our Christmas Gift Guide to help make your shopping easier and smoother.
