I also received Onsen & Bloom Shower Steamer Essentials Box– 6 Pack, I was excited to find out the Aromatherapy Tablets have Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Lavender for Energy, in them and that they will help with Stress Relief, and Relaxation because I live with stress and never seem to get enough relaxation. Inside you will find Vitality which will help energize us which I should take stock out in. It awakens the mind and stimulates focus which both Charlie and I needed.
