As I went through emails this morning and I came upon the one for the Ultimate Blog Challenge. I read the prompt and thought to myself hmmm. Then I heard myself say “write about something fun…”
What could I write about that is fun as I am the most boring person ever. Although I kept hearing a little voice in the back of my head saying you do fun things all the time with Charlie.
So this morning I would like to share something fun with you and it is spending time with Charlie. Because no, matter what we do Charlie makes it fun. From sitting on the couch watching tv to going outside to play a pick up game of Soccer.
This morning here is Charlie at the park being a boy. Even when I am in the worst mood or just don’t feel god all he has to do is smile at me and all my cares go away.
Even if your not participating in the Ultimate Blog Challenge I would like to ask you the same question: write about something fun! Then come and share the link with Charlie and I so we can come read your post.
Thank you and it’s hard to believe but we almost have the first week in the bag and I made it all the way through. I blogged each and every day. I didn’t get behind and I am so proud of myself. I hope if your doing the challenge your doing well with it and that your having fun.
I may ask Charlie if he would like to join us in the Ultimate Blog Challenge on his blog. Since this is just the first week and it isn’t to late for him to catch up. But great way for Charlie to make friends and build his followers. As well as get used to blogging daily.
#BlogBoost @UltimateBlogChallenge
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
So,when you are a techie (and a nerd), evenwriting about thgins that make you go bleh tickle my fancy! I’m having fun all the time!
I am so glad you always have fun.
I wish I could say I did but I don’t.
Have a Blessed week.
Sure looks like Charlie is having fun! This is a blog I wrote last year but it’s a fun project and I thought you and Charlie might have fun making this easy bird feeder. Let me know if you make one! http://themarthareview.com/fun-bird-feeder-project/
Charlie and I will make one later this week when David returns to work
As it will keep him off the Game System and allow us to spend time together.
Have a Blessed day.
Something fun… right now in my barely 2-cups-of-coffee filled state, fun seems a long distance away. But. I’ll give it a try for today’s post 😉
All I ask is that you try.
As well as share some Coffee Please.
As I am out and can’t leave to go to the store.
At this time.
Have a Blessed day.
I hope you find that blogging daily will become easier and easier – especially if you write about fun things!
It has been thanks to the challenge and I know it will get easier as long as I share the things I love and don’t worry about what will or will not happen. Have a Blessed day.
Spending time with your child should be fun, both for you and for the child. As a retired teacher, I have seen so many parents who don’t have fun with their kids, and it shows. Good for you! Glad you guys are having fun!
I am trying although there are days when we struggle.
Or one or the other of us don’t want to do something I still try
and spend at least 30 minutes a day with Charlie if he is home.
Have a Blessed week.
What a pity to call yourself a boring person 🙁 I’m sure you’re just being modest. Glad to see Charlie having fun with you
I might be and if I asked friends and family they would say I am
not. So I need to change my way of thinking.
As for Charlie yes, he has been having fun.
Have a Blessed week.
