Moe Bandy coming to Downtown Cowtown At The ISIS – May 19th – Showtime 7:30 PM

The Mommies Reviews

I’ve been struggling so much this month and really struggled not to fall back into the DPERESSION, but I hate to say I think it’s getting the better of me. Even though Sunday is our Anniversary and all I can do is thank the LORD for David and my family. I don’t even feel like celebrating which is good as David has been working a lot of doubles.

This morning, the LORD brought one of my hero’s into my life and as I sit here and play his music in the background, and I puzzle over the price of the tickets to his show I place things in the LORDs hands and go back to work. If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, please go see Moe Bandy who sings Bandy the Rodeo Clown and Cowboy’s Ain’t Supposed to Cry but I’ve none a couple and just like me they do cry.

If you’ve never had the opportunity to visit the Fort Worth Stockyards this weekend would be the perfect day and stop by Downtown Cowtown At The Isis to wet your whistle and if your able to stay for the show. Take lots of pictures and come back and share them with me. Because you all know I homeschool Charlie and we use Country Music Entertainers in our studies.

Moe Bandy coming to Downtown Cowtown At The ISIS – May 19th – Showtime 7:30 PM

Moe Bandy was one of the most popular country singers of the 1970s, turning out a series of hits in the latter half of the decade that made many fans and critics believe he was one of the great honky tonk singers. Bandy’s songs never strayed far from the traditional barroom fare — delivered with a knowing sense of humor, loving, cheating, drinking, and patriotic songs form the core of his repertoire. Throughout the late ’70s and early ’80s, the singer racked up hits. His audience declined somewhat a decade after his career took off, yet he has remained a popular favorite through his theater in Branson, MO.
