Meet The Masters Online Art Curriculum
During the Summer Charlie and I was able to try out quite a few programs for free through Homeschool Buyers Co-Op. And one of the programs we signed up for was Meet The Masters which is a online Online Art Curriculum For Grades PreK-12.
And I am so glad I signed up for Meet the Masters as Charlie loves Art and would spend all day drawing and coloring different projects. Meet The Masters uses a 3-Steps-to-Success learning approach:
- “Introduce the Masters” Online Assemblies – The Meet The Masters experience begins with a multi-media online assembly where children learn about the fascinating lives and famous works of the Master Artists. Interactive questions and multi-media content will keep the students’ interest while walking through a virtual museum filled with interesting stories and facts.
- Art Technique – Your students will learn to implement the art principles that correspond with the artist they have just been introduced to with thedownloadable Art technique packets. These are available within the program in PDF format for you to print, as needed.
- Art Activity – Your students will then move on to use the techniques and styles of the Masters to create their very own masterpieces using step-by-step instructions. As they progress through the program, the children develop their own unique artist style and art portfolio.
