Being able to share the Holidays we can share with our friends and family allows me to add to our Homeschool Classes. Just like this holiday that is celebrated on May 5th Totally Chipotle Day #TotallyChipotleDay which Charlie and I can study and prepare a dish using Chipotle in our Homeschool Cooking Class. A dish I may have to pass on because I can’t have spicy foods but your welcome to join us for a taste of Charlies latest creation what ever it might turn out to be.

The Chipotle Pepper is a staple in Mexican cuisine as well as a beloved ingredient worldwide. Whether dried, powdered, or canned in Adobo Sauce, Chipotle Peppers offer a unique blend of heat and depth that can transform any dish.
Chipotle peppers are dried, smoked Jalapeños. Chipotle Peppers smoky flavor, combined with a moderate heat level, makes them a popular ingredient in various dishes, from sauces to meats and beyond. Especially in Mexican dishes as you can imagine. Do you have a favorite dish that uses Chipotle Peppers?

Health Benefits of Chipotle:
Chipotle Peppers are rich in Capsaicin, which is known for its metabolism-boosting properties, and are also a good source of antioxidants and vitamins.
