Sharing children’s books like I’ve said in the past is one of my favorite things to do. Which is why I’m excited to share a new Children’s book which is inside our Christmas Gift Guide 2022: Mama, Sing My Song: A Sweet Melody of God’s Love for Me written by Amanda Seibert. Illustrated by Sally Garland which in exchange for this review and the spot in our Christmas Gift Guide 2022.
I sat down to read Mama, Sing My Song and before I got to the storyline I came upon a page we can dedicate to our children which isn’t in most books making this children’s book stand out. I like how they ask us to list “Wonderful Qualities I See in You” and “My Hope and Dream for Your Life” . Which is something we would want to remember when our children are grown.
I will be placing Mama, Sing My Song in our Homeschool Library but I also plan on keeping this children’s book out. Once I feel Charlie has outgrown the book Charlie can put it up to share with his children when he is grown. That is if Charlie has children or even gets married because Charlie says he is never getting married or having children. LOL
Charlie and I love how the Author Amanda Seibert has included God throughout the story. Charlie and I enjoyed seeing the Animals which makes me want a Rabbit even more now that I’ve read Mama, Sing My Song. Would you like to have a Rabbit? for a Pet or what would you like to have and why?
In the back of Mama, Sing My Song we can record the special meaning of our child’s name. Which I had fun explaining Charlie’s name to him. As well as a Prayer I wrote just for Charlie. I just wish David would have written a Poem as well.
I know David loves the LORD just as much as Charlie and I do and David knows how good the LORD is to us. has gone to Church in the past. But David isn’t like Charlie and I who Prays and talks to the LORD at all times.
