Mama Geraldine’s Cheese Straws are baked Cheese straws made with 50% 12-month Aged Wisconsin Cheddar Cheeses. They come in Aged Cheddar, Pimento Cheese, Chipotle Cheddar and Parmesan Herb.

The Cookies give us the taste of the highest quality of toasted Pecans which I loved. Along with Korintji Cinnamon which wasn’t overpowering and helped create a flavor sensation in the mini delightful cookie.
Anyone who knows me knows I love Pecans and that this would be my favorite cookie and they were right. I plan on keeping a box in my office for a pick me up during the day.
The cookies are so small that I could have two and a glass of milk for breakfast and they wouldn’t mess up my dite and my sister can do the same thing.
David loves Cookies of all kinds and when we saw these Key Lime Cookies I wasn’t sure Charlie would like the taste of these. But Charlie surprised me when he tried them and asked if we could order more of them for his lunches.
David also tried the Key Lime Cookies and he liked them just as much as Charlie did. As for me I am not one who likes Limes but I tried them and with the Key Lime not being overpowered I wouldn’t mind having these cookies again and I believe you should try them out as well.
Charlie and I’ve had Italian Wedding Cookies in restaurants we’ve eaten at but never bought them in a store. After trying out these Cookies Charlie and I never want to run out of them.
The taste of Amaretto coats your taste buds while the natural goodness of Almonds tickles your taste buds asking for more cookies. I must tell you I can’t wait to share these cookies with both my sister and also my nephew.
Chipotle Cheddar was one flavor I didn’t try because I can’t have Spicy foods and I wasn’t sure if the Chipotle would bother me or not. As for Charlie he likes Spicy foods and he said he liked this one a lot.
David also tried Chipotle Cheddar and he said this would be good served around Hamburgers. David also said he thought my mother in law would enjoy this flavor a lot. I agreed with David and will be getting her some the next time we order.
As soon we opened the box and I pulled out Aged Cheddar I knew this would be the snack Charlie most wanted to try. As soon as Charlie tasted the Cheese Straws he didn’t want to share with David and I.
We were able to snag a bit and all three of us loved the flavor of Cheddar which wasn’t overpowering. Aged Cheddar has become a staple in our home for lunches, snacks and movie nights.
David loves Pimento Cheese Spread which he uses on sandwiches and its why I couldn’t wait for David to try out Pimento Cheese Cheese Straws. David said they were Savory and he could taste the Smoked Paprika and the Olive.
Even though Charlie and I don’t care for Pimento or Olives and I thought the Smoked Paprika would bother me because I can’t have spicy things but we tasted these and even though they weren’t our favorite Charlie and I didn’t mind the flavor and we wouldn’t mind trying them again.
Parmesan Herb was my favorite because I liked the taste of Parmesan and Herbs together. I could see serving this when we have Spaghetti for dinner. Charlie agreed with me and even said he wouldn’t mind taking this on Field Trips for our snacks.
