I thought we could prepare our children as our Country prepares for the upcoming Election and we have a women in the Election this year. I wish you could see the cover of the book with the little girl standing in a circle of leaves that is a circle with the Flag behind her back and her hand over her heart.
The little girl imagines what her day would be like if she were Madam President. She would have to give executive orders. Babies to kiss which Charlie said would be yucky. Tuna Casseroles to decline and so much more.
As we all know a President has many duties which we learn about it in Madame President. If Charlie and David were President they said they would veto the photo ops she said she had to have shot. What about you?
Also, they are not going to attend Funerals even though she said we should. How about you? Then we learn about her cabinet she picked out and Charlie had fun picking his out as well. As you can see Madam President would have been a fun book to have read in our #Homeschool Classes when we studied government and the President.
The illustrations in Madam President will keep you on your toes at all times. We liked seeing all the items she used for her Cabinet including her Gold Fish who because Sectary of Undersea Exploration Bradley said he would like to do. The Author taught us what offices the President holds including head of Stated and fearless leader along with Big Cheese. Which I don’t really think is true. Do you?
There is so much more to learn from Madam President including the song “Hail to the Chef” but I’m not going to tell you what it is because I believe you should purchase a copy of the book to share with your friends and family. With children going back to school soon don’t forget to pick up a copy of the book for there teacher.
