It’s so hard to believe that I turned 60 in November and David will be 60 in July. As parents of a 18 year old son this year I would like to ask you where did the time go? I had so many plans for my life and I’ve failed at most of them.

Including losing weight as I’ve topped 250 pounds and I’m only 4’9. That isn’t good for my health. My blood pressure seems to be high. I need to go to the Doctor but not having insurance keeps me from looking for a doctor.
That has to stop and this month I told David I wanted to look for life insurance without a medical exam because I wouldn’t want to leave Charlie in the situation I was in when Suzzane passed away and we had to scramble for the money to bury her and pay for her medical bills.
Before I begin to look for life insurance though I need to get back on track with my walking and also drinking water. I’ve been researching what to use in my weight loss and I’ve decided to stick with Hydroxy Cut and SlimFast.
I also found a walking challenge and a water drinking challenge to join. Would you like to join me and even if we don’t live near each other we can do Zoom Calls while working out to keep us on track. In the meantime here is a recipe for Cucumber Water which can help with our goals.
How to Make Cucumber Water
To make this cucumber water recipe, blend slices of cucumber, ginger, fresh mint leaves, cayenne for extra flavor, turmeric, ice water, and sugar substitute in a blender until smooth, or until it has the consistency of juice.
Strain using a fine-mesh sieve, and then squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon. Discard the pulp and lemon seeds.
Serve this juice detox with ice cubes and enjoy!
