Everyone who knows Charlie, David and I knew we had been searching for a home. So last night Tommy our landlord came over and we sat down to talk about the trailer and how we could purchase it. As we talked Tommy made us a deal for the Trailer we couldn’t refuse.
So I am happy to let you know after discussing the deal with David and also my father we are purchasing our trailer. So a week from today I will be picking up the down payment for Tommy. So Please pray that everything goes smoothly and we are able to get it done quickly
As of today Charlie, David and I would like to let you know we know own our own home. Which means last night one of my dreams came true as wehomeowners and have been able to purchase Charlies dream home.
This makes me both sad as it isn’t a house and there isn’t a garage or porch. Although we might be able to add on to the trailer once we get the other things paid for we are having fixed.
Also knowing we will be purchasing the trailer makes me excited as it means we will never have to move and Charlie will always have a home and be able to grow up with his friends and remain in the same school. Knowing Charlie will be able to remain in the same school is a huge Blessing to me and is a huge God send as this school knows Charlies limitations and how to help Charlie out.
Where if we moved to a new home we would have to start over in Charlies school and redo the testing and what on them to help him out. Which I don’t want to do as it would hinder Charlies learning.
As another of my dreams were fulfilled I am ready to begin a new dream which is to find a car David and Charlie can rebuild together. If I were able to pick out what they would rebuild I would chose either a 64 1/2 Mustang as it is my dream car. Or GTO for Suzzane as it was her dream car.
Although I wouldn’t mind having a Volkswagen Beetle or VW Bus like the one above. As there is plenty of room inside it for everything we do. So I plan on saving my money and seeing if I can find a car for Charlie and David to start rebuilding this year.
If you know of something in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area please let me know. As even a Truck would be perfect for David and Charlie to work on. Once the car is done we will be showing it at local car shows.
So I may talk to Davids mom about purchasing the Mustang she has as no, one uses it and it just sits in there driveway under a tarp. As I think if she knows Charlie wants to take it to car shows she might let us purchase it.
Please be Praying for us as we take on another venture. As I am so excited to know we now own a home and can work on fulling other dreams we have. As well as grow as a family.
