Charlie, David and I have been bowling through the Kids Bowl Free program in the Summer for years and years. Last year we went to Cowtown Bowling Center in Fort Worth and did Kids Bowl Free here. I had thought of signing Charlie up through Cowtown Bowling again for Kids Bowl Free
They only allow children to bowl on Monday during certain hours. Which wouldn’t work for us this year, as David works on Mondays and couldn’t get off at the time they allow the children to bowl. I thought Kids Bowl Free wouldn’t work out for us this year.
I waited and waited and waited as I knew Charlie would miss bowling with his friends as we took several of them with us last year. I put Kids Bowl Free to the back of my mind and didn’t mention the program to David or Charles this year because I didn’t want to disappoint Charlie.
I was going through emails I received one from Alley Cats they mentioned they are a part of the Kids Bowl Free program I went to research Alley Cats Bowl website and they allow children to bowl every day.
I went ahead and signed Charlie up for Alley Cats Kids Bowl Free program; I received an email where David and I can join the program as well for a discounted price guess what I signed us up as well.
I have a reason I want to join this year, and it is because bowling is excellent exercise and another way to help me lose the weight I want to miss this Summer. As well as allowing me to get the elusive steps I try to do each day. Along with creating new memories as a family. Along with giving us something fresh to do on the days, it is too hot to go swimming.
So here is some information on Kids Bowl Free for you at Ally Cats in Arlington, Texas.
Registered kids will receive 2 FREE GAMES of Bowling every day all Summer long, valued at over $500 per child.
Select bowling centers and schools around the country are participating in the first ever Kids Bowl Free program. This program is designed by bowling centers to give back to the community and provide a safe, secure, and fun way for kids to spend time this summer.
Children whose age does not exceed a limit by a participating bowling center are eligible to register for two free games a day, all summer long, courtesy of the participating bowling centers along with the schools and organizations.
Just remember at Alley Cats you need to purchase shoes to use when bowling. So make sure you bring some money with you.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
