Is this weekend. When Charlie was first born I would always go out to the sale at the Will Rogers Coliseum in Fort Worth. I loved it as I always fond items I had not seen before. So this time I went out to the sale at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie as a friend of mine Rachel Webb Herrera is running it. If you have not been to Lone Star Park before you should come out and look around. I found a huge paly ground Charlie would love to play on. Plus there is awesome Skate Board Park.
But I was more interested in the sale as we will be having two new babies in my family soon. Both are girls and I am so excited about this. Once I arrived I wondered if they would have anything for Charlie as he is older now and I must tell you I was not disappointed as I found so many things for him.
With both Christmas and his Birthday right around the corner I could purchase a lot of his gifts here and have money left over.Which is great. But more than that they had items I had not seen before which means not every kid in our housing development would have them. Which is ever better as I like to get him new and unusual items.
Then I found so many items for the new babies that I could have bought them everything they needed for the first two years of there life. All while saving money. So if you have not gone to one of these sales you need to check them out soon. Take money with you when you go though as the items sell out fast.
So from toys to clothes, to home décor items Just Between Friends has it all. Plus they even have a few businesses set up in there for your shopping pleasure. Rachel has gone above and beyond to make sure and take care of you at the sale. There is even enough room for a wheel chair which is great as this will allow my mother n law to be able to go and shop. As she loves these sales as much as I do.
The thing is I too David with me and I thought he would be bored but he was not. David found items I did not even think to look for. He was so cute as he would get excited over items I did not even think he would like. Like all the items we found with Rock Star on them as Charlie is our little Rock Star
So I hope to see you out at the sale today as David and I will be back out there. Then we will be back on Saturday as my friend is setting up with Usborne Books. hen on Sunday I will be out to check out the sales they have as everything is marked down even more. Plus once the sale is over they donate everything to a local charity and Charlie and I are going to come and help them load the trucks.
