David loves his COFFEE and would drink coffee 24/7 if he could. Which is just like my mom would do when she was alive. Although Coffee is as isn’t good for his heart as he has problems with it. Although that doesn’t stop him from drinking Coffee or the Monster Drinks he loves. When I found out Shoplet had these bars called JAVA ME UP Energy Bars Mocha Almond 4-pack Case that we would be able to review I knew I had to apply as I knew it would be something new and unique David would like.
David works nights and most days he will not take anything to work to eat so there are days David doesn’t eat at all. Which is not healthy and can end up making David sick. I checked the Sugar content and there is only 8 grams of Sugar which is a lot better than some of the other Energy Bars David has tried in the past. Having 5 grams of Fiber is great. 6 grams of protein and low in fiber means I could even use it with the diet I am on and stay within the reach of the calories I am supposed to have during the day. Which means I would actually be eating something healthy that would help me lose the weight I need to lose.
All in all JAVA ME UP Energy Bars Mocha Almond 4-pack Case!! was a huge hit with David and it is something we will purchase again for him to use as a healthy snack for Breakfast and also for him to use on the days he doesn’t have time to have lunch.
