If January Is Keeping Me on My Toes

If January is keeping me on my toes. Then I wonder what the rest of the year is going to be like. As I am already behind on my goals both in my personal life and also my business life. As this past week has been extremely hard and I seemed to have lost my way for a bit. I can’t say it will not happen again. Although I am back and I am trying to catch up.

I wanted to have the 30 Day Fitness Challenge up and for both Charlie and I to do it. Then if I could I wanted to get David to join us. Although, God had other plans for us and even though Charlie shared it on his blog. I haven’t which is okay as I have decided to push it back until February to give us more time to prepare for the event and figure out what all we want to do.

As for teaching my niece and nephew there ABC’s, that was also put on hold although I do have a lot of resources to share with everyone. Just bear with me and I will get them up this week along with other resources I have found online. Including the cute Alligator craft, I have you and your children can make together. Along with the January calendar of books and free printable.

I had thought everything was going to be inside Google drive where I could just grab it and post it. Although Elle has been busy working behind the scenes she was super busy and wasn’t able to get everything done. Then I wasn’t sure where to get the items we needed so I wasn’t much help. Then I ended up sick and I didn’t feel like working as much as I should have.

Thaleia and Sara have been a major help and then last week when Thaleia and I were working on the 30 Day Challenge she also ended up getting sick. So she hasn’t been working as much as usual. So through all of this, I have learned how important it is to make sure your Editorial calendar is full and you have posted in drafts and that they are scheduled to post on the days you don’t feel like working. If you want to keep growing and not lose your readers as they will begin to think you have quit blogging and they will not stop by.

So Please bear with me as my family works through somethings and I work to get back on track. Because one thing I can say is this year has started off strong with Charlie blogging on his own site. I have secured several sponsored post and 2 events we will be attending this week and I will be back to share the events with you. Which tells me God isn’t ready for me to give up on blogging yet.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
