InFocus Introduces The Kangaroo Notebook Bundle For Modular Mobile PC Experience
Kangaroo Notebook bundle features a lightweight laptop dock and two Windows 10 mobile PCs to provide users flexibility and privacy.
Visual collaboration pioneer InFocus Corporation announces the Kangaroo Notebook, the latest addition to its award-winning line of mobile computing devices. The new Kangaroo Notebook is a modular laptop PC designed to offer users extraordinary value in a versatile and personal mobile computing experience. Available as a packaged bundle, the Kangaroo Notebook pairs a lightweight laptop dock, with two interchangeable Kangaroo Mini PCs running Windows 10. Whether you are a parent with young children looking for both a family PC and a personal PC or a user seeking to keep information separate for different uses and want autonomy and storage for both, this mobile computing bundle provides two separate PC’s with their storage, safety and security.
The Kangaroo Notebook is the ideal solution for individuals who want a customized yet secure PC experience with the peace of mind that comes from having the ability to decide which information securely stored on each of the Kangaroo Mini computing modules. From data, images, and documents, to passwords saved in web browsers, Kangaroo Notebook offers users privacy and choice.
Parents may choose to store relevant financial and personal information on one CPU and dedicate the second module to games, movies, and apps for the family. The Kangaroo Notebook gives users the flexibility to decide and create their personalized mobile computer through the inclusion of the two Windows 10 CPUs, without the typical disadvantages of sharing storage space and performance caused by having multiple user accounts on one PC. The Kangaroo Mini computing modules create separate PC experiences that are entirely independent of each other but delivered in one lightweight HD laptop dock. Two PCs, total privacy, small footprint.
The swappable computing modules come loaded with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of eMMC storage, and an Intel Z8350 Cherrytrail CPU providing users with the freedom, flexibility, and privacy of two full Windows 10 PCs. The 11.6” high-definition laptop dock features a full keyboard, Synaptics Clickpad, battery, webcam, ports, a microphone, and speakers. The interchangeable Kangaroo Mini CPU hardware provides new levels of privacy and information segregation, which is particularly useful for a shared home PC. “With Kangaroo Notebook, we put the power to create private, individualized computing experiences directly into the hands of our customers,” said Ben Chu, head of Kangaroo sales. “The modular design of this new mobile computing bundle gives our customers a different level of flexibility and control over how they want to manage personal computing, particularly in the home.”

I think this is one great little computer! You have me sold on it.
Adding this here as well: Not sure where comment was supposed to go: What a great idea, 2 in 1 personal computer that takes the place of my desktop computer. I am in serious need of a new computer and this would be perfect for me. I love the that it offers me the freedom to separate my personal work stuff in a different place than I would allow my kids to use it. Genius. I have never heard of this before and I am going to do more research on this gem! Great giveaway – thanks 🙂
Thank you did you research it and if so what did you think of it?
Thank you,
