As a flooring rep, Nikki got her start accidentally after she met a home stager who closed his business. Nikki took the reins and fast forward; she currently has 320 properties staged with tons of volume.
Nikki says, “If you are in Nashville, throw a guitar on the wall so people remember the experience and make the most of your area, whether it’s music, movies or a vehicle. People go crazy over a Christmas airbnb in Colorado, because they feel the Christmas vibes year long. Channel that into your short-term rental.”
