As we begin a new year and I sat back and reflect on the things I did and didn’t do. I know I must change to continue to grow. So this week I wanted to reach out to my email contacts and see what their needs are for next year. As most clients have there marketing needs for the year and will be filling campaigns in January. Which for me isn’t something I had thought about in the past. How important is customer service to you?
So this year my goal is to work smarter not harder and that is where User IQ comes in as it will help me with Customer Service. As we all know customer service is the most important aspect of any business. It doesn’t matter if you’re in Retail, Direct Sales or even Telemarketing you must have tact and be kind to everyone no, matter what and no, matter how hard it might get at times.
