You guys!!! I can’t believe I did it! My fear of heights was conquered and I took my kiddos to do the indoor skydiving session at iFLY and I FLEW TOO!! I have been looking into this place for a while. Having a 10 year old fearless boy, these types of places are a must. I just didn’t want them to make me do it also! BUT I DID and we all had so much fun.
Joseph was our host and the manager of the location. He was friendly and very informative. Did you know they have multiple program options for Boy Scouts, Military, STEM and VR?
Chuck (left) is the lead flyer who gave us the orientation which included a short video on hand gestures and body positioning while in flight. He got the crowd pumped up and ready to go. Chuck was great at engaging the kiddos and building the excitement. Find out more about what to expect at iFLY on their website.
Logan (right) was the flyer during our session of about 40 people. He was so good with the kiddos and you could tell he was really paying attention to how each person felt during flight. One little girl latched on to him and he was very cautious with her and then even high-fived her after she was done. It was so sweet.
I didn’t get to grab everyone’s names but they were all so great! Customer service from start to finish was A++. They really pay attention to all the fine details to ensure you have a good time. Planning an event with iFLY was so great. With ours being a blog event the party room used our logo for the featured pictures on the screens and the decor was setup to match the color scheme as well. It’s not common to see customer service like what we saw tonight and my son immediately asked if we could have a party there for his birthday.
If you homeschool they have a great event next week! The iFLY STEM Homeschool Day is Wednesday, June 5 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. There are three ticket options for this event. Education 1 for $34.95 + $7.14 f/t, Education 2 for $44.95 + $8.65 f/t, Education Only for $15 + $4 f/t but for just $9.95 you can add on the high flight and go all the way to the top of the tunnel which my kids LOVED!! For ONLY $4 +$2.48 f/t your kiddo can get two slices of pizza and soft/water/juice for lunch. Don’t forget to fill out the flight waiver before you get there to save time.
