Good morning, can you believe it’s November? I thought I would share ideals for teaching in December. With the Holidays it can get hectic and trying to come up with school lessons can be hard.

Charlie has always loved Rosa Parks Day and he even did a report on her in school in the past. I didn’t want to let pass without finding lessons we could use to enhance what he already knew.

Rosa Louise McCauley Parks was an American activist in the civil rights movement best known for her pivotal role in the Montgomery bus boycott. The United States Congress has called her “the first lady of civil rights” and “the mother of the freedom movement”. Wikipedia
