#HGG Sponsor Hometown All Stars

Charlie and I enjoyed reading #HGG Sponsor Hometown All-Stars Nick’s Very First Day of Baseball: A Kid’s Baseball Book for Ages 3 – 7 (Vol.1) (Hometown All-Stars).  I liked how this book was able to capture Charlie’s attention. If you enjoy Baseball I think you should check out this new book as I promise you will enjoy it.

The storyline will keep you on your toes and the pictures inside the book are fun to look through page by page. The and the colors they use inside this book pop. Once we finished reading Nick’s Very First Day of Baseball: A Kid’s Baseball Book Charlie wanted to go outside and play baseball which was a huge hit for me. As I hate him being inside on his game all the time.

The second book Charlie and I read was Magic Bat Day once we finished reading it I asked Charlie what he thought of this new book and Charlies says he loved the storyline and all illustrations they used inside the book. Charlie said he thinks his friends would also enjoy this book.

Magic Bat Day (Hometown All Stars Book 2) by [Christofora, Kevin]

With Charlie and I homeschooling I liked how Magic Bat Day shows different scenes from his school classroom as it shows Charlie that books can take place in school. Reading this book helped  Charlie become motivated to do his homework which to me was a huge godsend As he hadn’t been wanting to do it and had been fighting me on it.

If you like to color like Charlie and I do you can visit Hometown All Stars website at: The Hometown All Stars and there is a free coloring book you can get off the site. I can’t wait to get one for Charlie and I.  I can also use The Hometown All Stars coloring book inside our classroom for Art class.

As for this series of books I can’t wait to show them to the other parents in the neighborhood as I am sure I will be able to start a little league baseball team of our own so the Neighborhood kids do not have to stay inside all the time. If you would like to set your own league up you can find instructions at How-To-Run- A Rocking Little League: Steps and Beyond the LL Handbook (Dealing with real-life town politics and solutions, easy fundraising with proven examples, etc.

I love how the Hometown All-Stars gets kids off the couch and outside for “Less Screen, More Green” The Hometown All Stars

With us homeschooling Charlie and David working days now I would like to sign Charlie up for Soccer as he loves it so much. Also, baseball as he has been asking to play. If I do I would like to have David help coach like he did with Soccer. If you’re a Coach I thought you might enjoy knowing about this website that will teach kids beginner baseball skills before they hit the field!

The Hometown All Stars

I have a question for you who is your favorite Baseball Star and why? Since I do not watch it the only one I can think of is Babe Ruth. Who I have always been intrigued with and I can’t wait to teach Charlie more about Babe Ruth. If all of us are going to find a magic bat and learn how to hit the ball maybe we can be like Babe Ruth.

The Hometown All Stars

The Hometown All Starts Books is for kids ages 3-7 years old and it is for parents teachers to promote “Less Screen More Green” to get children outside and more active. These books are to help parents be able to play baseball with there children even if they do not know much about it Hometown All Starts Books gives you a new and different type of book to read to the children.

If you or someone you know is looking for a way to earn some extra money you can set up a Fundraiser and sell these books. Now, I have a question for you if  I set up a neighborhood baseball team I would like to set up a Fundraiser so we can get the children uniforms. Would you purchase a book from me or help us sell the books?

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
