When Charlie was #homeschooling full time I enjoyed working on Lesson Plans/ Unit Studies but he has graduated. Before you ask, not that doesn’t mean I’m through sharing #Homeschool facts and lesson plans I will still share them for my friends and family. Right before Charlie graduated I even added Lesson Plans/ Unit Studies on Cartoons.
In that Lesson Plan/ Unit Study we will be studying Cartoons which were in the newspaper when I was growing up. In the studies I included Garfield Charlies favorite cartoon. Charlie Brown and Snoopy because that is Charlie’s nickname. Blondie my favorite Cartoon and David choose Dagwood because David thought Charlie would think the antics he does is funny.
With us we #HomeschoolwithBardgaes we added a new game to our studies called The New Yorker Cartoon Caption Game by What Do You Mem.? we will be playing when we host #FamilyGameNight. Would you like to play with us? Charlie wanted me to let you know you do not have to dress up like the gentleman on the cover of the game but it might be fun to.
About the game:
We took the famous New Yorker caption contest and turned it into a game! Featuring 200 original New Yorker cartoons, now’s your chance to be your own caption creator! See who has the most funny, clever or witty imagination as you compete to create the funniest caption. The New Yorker Cartoon Caption Game will keep you in stitches.
