Welcome to our newest Lesson Plans/ Unit Studies our new series is for Homeschooling Music Class. In our Homeschooling Music Class: Country Music An Illustrated History Lesson is the book were using for this class.
During the weekend you and the children will need to prepare for the class. I have included a list of school supplies you will need. As well as places to visit for Homeschooling Field Trips to help you prepare for the Lesson.
You can pick up a copy of Country Music An Illustrated History Lesson at Walmart or any local Bookstore and you might even find a copy at Half Price Books.
Supplies:
Journal , Pens, Pencils , Crayons, Markers, Cookie Supplies in Music Shapes
Field Trip: Have your children research local Museums. If they have a section on Country Music let them look up what the Museum has to offer. Then plan to visit the Museum.
If your in Dallas/ Fort Worth don’t forget to visit Billy Bob’s and Fort Worth Stockyards. Don’t forget to visit Record Stores like Chief Records in the Stockyards.
