I realize Leap Year has passed, but I figure it’s never too late to learn about different months and why we have certain days. When ClickSchooling sent me an email about LeapYearDay.com. I would like to let you know LeapYearDay.com has a lot of fun facts on it that I didn’t know.
I figured Charlie might not either and LeapYearDay.com would allow us to learn about things happening in February and what happens every 4 years. I hope you enjoy this new Homeschool Resource. If you check it out stop back by and let me know what you thought of LeapYearDay.com
From visiting LeapYearDay.com I found out Charlie doesn’t know the months of the year or the days of the weeks. Although Charlie should know them. LeapYearDay.com gives me something new to work on with Charlie. I believe LeapYearDay.com would be something David can teach Charlie allowing me to have a break. Even though David has trouble reading and writing.
David and Charlie can get a calendar and quiz each other. When I have time, I can go over things with them such as how many days are in each month. I would like to let you know that how many days are in a month is something I don’t always remember.
Or we can look up Holidays and always when the time changes or new Seasons begins. I also can have David and Charlie look up when we change our clocks back or forward. Charlie and I can figure out how many days between each of our Birthdays.
