Homeschool Resource Homeschool Den

My sister Debbie called me this morning to let me know my nephew Jason wouldn’t be able to get into preschool next year. As I was talking to my sister, I could tell she was frustrated and not sure what she should do. I let her know I would look and see if I could find resources for them to use. As I was online, I discovered a new website called Homeschool Den, and on there they have the resources we need to teach our children at home.

One of the things I liked most about this website is a lot of the items are free. There is a post I think you should check out called Preschool at Home. Inside this post, she shares resources for 2-5-Year-Olds. Which is precisely the age my sister needs as it would allow her to not only work with Jason but my niece Lily it means Lily wouldn’t feel left out and could do school work with Jason?

If you’re new to Homeschooling, you will even find an article on Homeschool Den called “Starting to Homeschool” which will help you get started. I wish I had seen this post when we began our Homeschool Journey. Also, I would like to let you know as I looked through the website I even found items Charlie and I can and will use in our classroom. Including Science Units because we all know I don’t know how to teach Science.

OMG, I am telling you God brought me to this site to share not only for the resources I can share with my sister but for myself as well because I  was getting ready to move on when I decided to check out their homepage and I found a new resource.  Multiplication by 4s and 9s Packets which I plan on printing out for Charlie to use this week and I thought you might want to check it out as well.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
