This week I feel like my heart is breaking as my baby Sandi is hurting and I am not sure what is going on. Now, I know Sandi is getting older as she is over 10 years old. Although she is still my puppy and I refuse to believe she is that old.
Though this week I have been wondering if she had a stroke or what is wrong. Because she is having trouble standing and walking which might be Arthritis. Also it seems like Sandi can’t heart us when we are talking to her. Plus, she can’t see out of one eye David says and he thinks she is blind in that eye.
So this morning I am asking for Prayers as I hate seeing Sandi hurting. Although she did get up this morning and follow Charlie outside to the deck and is sunning herself like there is nothing wrong Although I know there is and I can see it when I look at Sandi.
Also, on her nose is a sore where she keeps scratching himself with her toenails and it keeps opening up and bleeding which is worrying me and I am not sure how to get it to close up so it isn’t bleeding. So this morning I asked for Prayers for Sandi on Facebook and people gave me a lot of different ideals to use on Sandi.
I thought I would share these remedies with you encase you have animals and they might end up hurt and you might not know how to doctor them. Or like me you might not be able to afford to take them to the Veterinarian.
Tips:
Put some cold pressed, extra virgin coconut oil on on the sore.
Lavender oil.
Young Living Oils Animal Scents ointment is good for that, too!
Chamomile tea bags and apply on the wound 3x a day you take the bag run it under warm water and apply to her wound.
Also, I will be checking out this site for all things Dogs: The Dogington
Vegetable oil and powdered sugar. 3 parts powdered sugar I part oil. 3 to 4x a day. Just place it right on the wound.
I thank God for all these natural remedies and I haven’t used any of them although if we do and they work I will let you know. In the meantime if you have used any of these remedies and they worked for you Please let me know. Or if there is something else you think I should do Please let me know as Sandi and I need all the help we can get.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
