I would like to wish my father a Happy Birthday. Yesterday my dad turned 80 years old. You never think of your parents as being that old. For me its hard to see. him get older each day.
I am blessed because my mom passed away 5 years ago. Once my mom was gone we all thought my dad would follow. Thank the Lord he hasn’t.
Were blessed because even though he does have some health issues my father lives by himself and takes care of himself. Although my Aunt and my brother do check on him almost daily.
As charlie was getting ready for school this morning he reminded me I forgot to get a Birthday Card for my dad. So I made this printable we can print out and color for my dad.
Then Charlie and I can sit down and write a letter to my dad to go with the coloring sheet. Which I know my dad would enjoy getting because he gets lonely and a letter he could always reread.
