I received the Press Release for One Dog’s Faith: How my dog helped me trust in God and overcome chronic worrying I knew it was a book I needed to read. Once my copy arrived, I curled up in my chair with my glass of Sweet Tea and a blanket, and I begin to learn from One Dog’s Faith. Once Charlie saw what I was doing he asked me what I was reading. I showed him One Dog’s Faith, and now, he also wants to understand One Dog’s Faith once I finish.
The reason I wanted to read One Dog’s Faith is that my families are avid dog/ pet lovers. The second reason I couldn’t wait to read One Dog’s Faith was that I lost my daughter during Thanksgiving weekend. It was a freak car accident, so it is hard for me to do the things I need to do during the Holidays. Which isn’t fair to David or Charlie although this year I knew it was time to change things and to embrace the Holidays and make them fun for our family.
I am excited to try and do because Charlie has been having problems with the children in his school and has been hitting himself and calling himself names. Also, he has been calling David and me names which is unacceptable. I am Praying once he reads One Dog’s Faith that Charlie will see how his actions hurt others and change the things he has been doing.

For most of us, the “most wonderful time of the year” is actually the most stressful time of year, but there’s good news for dog owners. Owning a dog is a fantastic (and adorable) way to decrease anxiety and depression.
This morning I would like to let you know about the heartwarming and inspirational book One Dog’s Faith: How my dog helped me trust in God and overcome chronic worrying, which will make an excellent gift for the pet lovers in your life.
Shh,
I have a secret I will share with you if God is willing, and things work out the way I am Praying for them. I am looking for a black lab for Charlie for Christmas or a German Shepard. We all know I can’t afford a Bull Dog. We all learned in One Dog’s Faith dogs can help us overcome our problems. I believe in my Heart even though Charlie has a couple of dogs he shares with us that if he has his own, it will change his attitude.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
