I will be bringing you a review for GourmetGiftBaskets.com, and they blessed my family with two different Gift Baskets in exchange for this review, and I would like to let you know the thoughts in this review are all mine and my families and no, one else.
The first basket I received from GourmetGiftBaskets.com was Baked Goods Sampler Gift Basket which is the perfect size for one person, or you will find there are enough items inside the basket that you would be able to share it with your friends and family. Although Charlie and I decided we didn’t want to share ours and each of us would like to have our basket because we love cookies.

Charlie has claimed all the Brownies for his school lunches although I might sneak a couple of the Brownies for myself while Charlie attends school. Because I love Brownies just as much as Charlie does. I would take the Fudge Walnut Brownie or the Chocolate Chunk Brownie as I know either of these, I would enjoy a lot. Just don’t tell anyone about me as they don’t go with my diet but sometimes a mom needs a snack.
If my mother were still here, I would share the Lemon Sugar Cookies with my mom as she and I loved Lemon. My sister does as well so I might be able to call her at work and see if she would like to come by for a snack. As it has been a while since we have seen each other and with it just being me at home I could spend some time with her. Perfect Girls Day Out/ In Sister Day.
The second basket we received was Grandparents Day Gift Basket. I wish my dad were here as this would be the perfect Gift for my father. My dad isn’t here so I would like to give my basket to Davids’s mom and dad. For all the kind things they do for Charlie and me.
I hope Davids parents can get the basket because my niece and her family live with them and they open David’s parents mail a lot and eat the items inside the packages before Davids mom and dad can get what they want out of the basket.
David and I looked through the basket, and David asked me if he would be able to keep the Classic Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese by Cabot and also the Beef Summer Sausage by Bavaria, and I had to tell him no, he couldn’t. Since David is a new Grandfather for Christmas, I think I will purchase this gift basket for him. Although this would make a perfect Gift for everyone on your Gift Giving list even if your not a grandparent as it has Fruits, Crackers and Cheese along with Sausage inside it. What more would anyone want?
Charlie says we needed to keep the peanuts for him and me as this is what we like to have for a snack. Then he asked me if he would be able to try the Chichester Snack Mix by Merrimack Valley Snack Company or the Pretzel Twists by Auntie Trudie’s as they would make lovely additions to his school lunches and just like I told David I said no, you couldn’t have them.
