Welcome to our Christmas Gift Guide 2022: Good Housekeeping 123 Cook!: My First Cookbook I received a copy of in exchange for this review and a spot in our Christmas Gift Guide.
My nephew Jason has been wanting to cook more because he knows Charlie’s has a Cooking Class in his Homeschool and he wants to be just like Charlie. Although, his parents don’t take the time to teach him to cook and my sister is so busy she doesn’t always have time.
With Thanksgiving and Christmas here soon I believe Jason and even Lily may be over some of the time. I’m going to give Charlie Good Housekeeping 123 Cook!: My First Cookbook then Charlie can teach Jason how to cook.
I want to have baskets of ingredients and utensils for them to open. Which Jason can leave here so anytime he is over he can make snacks for us. Although I could be nice and let him take everything home which might not get used.
I sat down to look through the cookbook and make my list of what I wanted to get Charlie and Jason. I saw the “Dad joke” and can hear the kids sharing it with David. Can’t you? I loved how the book included music when washing our hands which would be Charlie’s Music Class for the day.
There is pictures of the kitchen tools the kids will need which Charlie can go over with Jason. Charlie and I can use the words in our Homeschool Spelling Class. There is Science lessons as you practice pouring liquids into the measuring cup.
I thought for there first cooking experience Charlie and Jason could Make Your Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Rolls and invite there parents over for a afternoon snack. Would you like to come have a glass of Milk and a Cinnamon Roll with us?
