Goliath Games

The Mommies Reviews

As we prepare for the weekend I wanted to bring new games for you from Goliath Games. For your family to check into for Family Game Night. I would like to let you know my family received Mr. Bucket, Lucky Ducks,
Let’s Go Fishin’ and Harry Potter Magical Beats Board Game in exchange for this review.

I can’t wait until this weekend because Charlie and I would like to start hosting a Game Night in our home. For us to do this we will need to invite children of all ages.

Having Mr. Bucket, Lucky Ducks, Let’s Go Fishin’ will allow Jason, Lily and Payton to play as well because these games are for children from 3+ the ages of my nieces and nephews.

I have Harry Potter Magical Beats Board Game which is for children 8+. We could invite both Charlies younger friends as well as his friends who are older than him.

Everyone we know enjoy’s Harry Potter including a lot of our adult friends. I let Charlie know we could host a contest. When the winner is chosen we could give a Harry Potter book as the prize. Allowing our guest involved in reading.

If we were homeschooling Charlie full time I would use these board games from Goliath Games in our classroom. Summer will be here before we know it,

I plan on taking each of these board games on Vacation with my family. As well as when we go to the local parks to host Game Days outside to get my son off the electronics.

The first game I would like to share with you is Let’s Go Fishin’  For 1 to 4 players, ages 4+. Let’s Go Fishin’ classic kids game teaches hand-eye coordination. Players use their mini fishing poles to try to catch the most fish.

All of my family enjoys fishing. I knew Let’s Go Fishin’ will be a lot of fun for everyone to play. Even though my grandson Elijah is only 2 1/2 I believe with his moms help that he will be able to play Let’s Go Fishin’ with us and it will get Elijah interested in fishing and also fish.

Get ready for some REEL fun with Let’s Go Fishin’, the original version of a well-known and well-loved fishing game that parents will remember playing when they were kids.

Let’s Go Fishin’ classic kids game teaches hand-eye coordination as players use their mini fishing poles to try to catch the most fish. The challenge is that the board game spins, and the fish open and close their mouths.

With 21 fish and 4 fishing rods, there’s plenty of fishing fun in this fast-paced competition, and these fish are as hungry as hungry hippos. One of my favorite games.

Let’s Go Fishin’ is a fishing toy that’s great for playing at home or as a travel game–it will lure kids into playing over and over again. For 1-4 players, ages 4 and up.

The next game I would like to share with you is Lucky Ducks  For 2 to 4 players, ages 3+.w. Lucky Ducks wacky, quacky matching game combines developmental skills for kids with the fun of a “My First Game.” The first player with 3 matching ducks wins!

I wish my daughter Suzzane were here because I know she would love playing Lucky Ducks with my nieces and nephews and also her brother Charlie.

In the meantime Charlie and I can’t wait to play Lucky Ducks with David because he loves to collect Rubber Ducks. I know when we show Lucky Ducks to my nieces and nephews that they will ask there parents to purchase Lucky Ducks for them.

This wacky, quacky matching game combines developmental skills for young children with the fun of a “My First Game.” Lucky Ducks offers all the benefits of memory and matching games in a format that’s easier for little fingers than cards.

As a bonus, it helps kids with shape recognition and colors. Switch on the circular pond, and the ducks start swimming–the bottom side of each duck has a colored shape.

Players take turns picking up a duck and looking at the color and shape; if it matches their color and shape they get to keep the duck. If it doesn’t match they put it back.

The ducks continue to swim so it’s more challenging than a traditional memory game, but easy enough for even the youngest duck lovers to play. This extra challenge makes the game more fun for parents and kids to play together, with plenty of opportunities for fun and learning. For 2-4 players ages 3 and up.

The third game I would like to share with you is Mr. Bucket  For 2 to 4 players, ages 3+. Mr. Bucket is the original moving chasing racing action game and will have kids up and moving around. Get all 3 colored balls inside to win!

Check out the full review here:

We are teaching Elijah his colors and we was able to use Mr. Bucket to help us with this. Payton and Jason we used the balls to help them practice there counting.

Can you scoop up all your color balls and place them back into Mr. Bucket before he pops them out again? For 2 to 4 players, ages 3 and up.

Harry Potter Magical Beats Board Game For 2 to 4 players, ages 8+
Be the first to collect all the clues, and figure out which magical beast you have captured!

David has been into Harry Potter even before we were married. As soon as
Harry Potter Magical Beats Board Game arrived I knew this would be the perfect Game for David and Charlie to play together.

Although for me even though I am not into Harry Potter to bring our family closer together and to get everyone off the electronics even I would play this new game with Charlie.

I love that when you are playing Harry Potter Magical Beats Board Game you have to read the cards to find the clues because this would Charlie to practice his reading without picking up a book.

Calling all Wizards! Magical beasts have broken loose at Hogwarts. That means you and up to three friends need to save everyone by recapturing these fantastic creatures run amok.

In this action-packed game, you play as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, or Ginny Weasley. Collect clues to track down creatures both inside and outside Hogwarts!

Watch out though, moving from Hogwarts to the grounds nearby can be treacherous and cost you clues and precious time. The dynamic swinging game board adds excitement that leads to hours of fun. Lumos! For 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
