As we go back to our old ways, I wanted to revive Gluten-Free Cooking Tuesdays! So the first Blogger I would like to have you met is Living Well Mom.
I would like to introduce you to Erika who is the face of Living Well Mom. Don’t you love the title of her site and wouldn’t you want to cuddle up on the couch and explore it? I know I would like to spend some time visiting it with my family. As there was so much information on here that I could spend days and still not be done looking around.
Check out Erika’s Recipes as she has quite a few Gluten Free Recipes on her site for us to check out, and once your done checking out the Recipes, you also might like checking out activities for kids or All Natural Homemade Stuff as I can’t wait to see what all Erika has made.
In the meantime, Charlie has been asking if we can bake Brownies and I wanted to invite you to check out Erika’s recipe for Dairy Free Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies, and they would make an excellent addition to our children’s lunches because School is right around the corner. I can tell you even though I am working to lose weight once we make these I might have to grab me a glass of milk and have a taste also though they aren’t on my diet.
One of the most significant aspects of living healthier is reducing stress, and you’re certainly not going to do that by holding yourself to an impossible standard. So let’s just put all those rules aside right now, okay?
