Checkmyrecipe were kind enough to allow me to share one of there Gluten Free Recipes with you. Let’s create Gluten Free Pasta. because Charlie and I were going to make Spaghetti ans use this Gluten Free Pasta in place of the noodles we usually use.
Gluten Free Pasta
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 Package Gluten-free Chickpea Spiral Pasta
1 Pound Sweet Italian Sausage casing removed
1 cup Rainbow Carrots Shredded
1 cup sweet diced yellow Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Can San Marzano crushed Tomatoes
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a non stick pan and then add 2tbsp Olive Oil and when it gets some hot then add 1 Pound Sweet Italian Sausage and cook it properly till it color changes.
2. Now add 1 cup diced Sweet yellow Onions, 1 cup shredded Rainbow Carrots and mixed it properly then add 1tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 can san Marzano crushed tomatoes to it and mixed it well.
3. Now add 1 Packaged cooked gluten free Chickpea Spiral Pasta and mixed it well properly.
4. Finally our Gluten Free Pasta is Ready to Serve in Bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander.
