Gluten-Free Cooking Tuesdays! Presents Dancing Through the Rain

Welcome to Gluten-Free Cooking Tuesdays! I would like to present Dancing Through the Rain. I thought her website name was so cute that I couldn’t wait to share it with Charlie. Because Dancing in the Rain is one of mine and Charlie’s favorite things to do together. I wish we could get David to dance with us in the rain although we all know that isn’t going to happen.

Although now that I found this cute and unique blog mabey David will change his mind if I make him her recipe for White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge as David always likes trying new and different foods out. Plus, I think it would be fun to make for us to hand out this Christmas. I am just wondering if we could get Charlie to try it as he is so darn picky.

White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

Below is the header from her Facebook page and as hot as it is outside I wish we had a lot of Rain today because both Charlie and I would be outside playing in it. I wonder if I could talk Charlie into getting out the water hose and playing in the water with us. The only thing about that is once we come back inside both Charlie and I would be burning up since we are trying not to run our Air Conditioner and it is over 90 degrees inside our Trailer as well as outside.

Hey! I’m Alli Doubek, and I am so glad that you’re here. I am a happily married mother of two – a proud Chicagoan who has worked as a sample girl at various grocery stores (“Would you like to try some guacamole?”), has a Bachelor’s in Psychology, worked for three years as a server and then a bartender at Red Lobster, worked with the chronically mentally ill for years, performed in a traveling improv group, worked as a standardized patient (I know you’ve seen that Seinfeld episode!), worked as a secret shopper. I ran Couponing For 4 for seven and a half years and now finds herself here, with you. And I couldn’t be happier.

For more information, you can check out her about me page at

I hope you enjoyed learning about our new Gluten-Free Blogger and that you enjoyed the recipe she has chosen to share with us. If you have time check out her website as I plan on checking into more of her post as she offers Encouragement and also Cooking. Have a Blessed week and I will see you next week.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
