Charlie is about to drive me up a wall as he has gotten so rude and disrespectful to his dad and I. That I am not only tired of it but frustrated. So when I found this post about the Glowing Words Jar I thought I would try it out and see if it makes a difference in the way he treats us.
But not only do I want it for Charlie but for David and I as well as we have not been as nice to each other as we should be. So even if David doesn’t do it I plan to. As I know I need to change and if I want or expect Charlie to as well then I need to set a example for him and it starts today.
But I will be taking our Glowing Words Jar a step further and using it when Charlie has friends over as I get so tired of correcting them for being rude. As well as tattleting all the time. So as soon as they walk in the gate I will share the jar with them and tell them how it works. And if I have to get on them for anything they will be sent home. As I know part of Charlie’s bad attitude comes from the other children so if I can nip it in the bud it is what I am going to do.
