Gift of Lights At Texas Motor Speedway

Review

Last night we went to Texas Motor Speedway for there Tree Lighting Ceremony. Before we left we went through Gift of Lights at Texas Motor Speedway. I was so excited to get to Gift of Lights because we could see the lights when we were waiting for the tree to be light. As David drove through the Tunnel I could feel Charlie getting more excited as well.

I loved all the displays we saw at Gift of Lights and our family had so much fun finding different displays like the Statue of Liberty which David and Charlie didn’t see. I believe we could go back and would find lots of displays we missed on this visit to Gift of Lights. Because the displays are on both sides of the street that you wouldn’t ever get tired of returning again and again.

Charlie even enjoyed listening to Christmas Music playing while we drove through Gift of Lights. Which amazed me because usually Charlie tells us to turn off any Christmas Music because he likes to think he is Grinch. Although that isn’t the case Charlie just wants to make people believe he is grown up and doesn’t believe in Christmas. Ba Humbug

Once we finished driving through the lights we went into Santa’s Village and walked around. Even though Charlie didn’t want to admit he liked what they had for kids to do I could tell he was excited. Especially when he asked if he could have them paint his face. Then we saw the Train and I asked Charlie to ride it with me and Charlie agreed.

There were so many fun photo opportunities inside Santa’s Village including Santa himself so I can’t wait to return with Charlie and his friends and get there pictures taken with Santa. Once we return I plan on riding the train and I just might purchase a T Shirt for our family. So we always have a way to remember Gifts of Lights 2015 wonderful adventure.
