I have been trying to eat healthier but getting David and Charlie to with me it’s like pulling teeth I’m hoping Charlie and David will try Garlic Roasted Acorn Squash .

- 1 acorn squash
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp cold or expeller pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) (I like California Olive Rancher)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- With a strong sturdy knife cut acorn squash into quarters
- Scoop out the seeds with an ice cream scoop or teaspoon
- Place the acorn squash pieces on a baking sheet
- Drizzle the olive oil on the squash
- Place the garlic, basil, and cumin on the squash pieces
- Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until soft
- Serve
