Gamesformotion Puts a Sweet Spin on Favorite Childhood Games including classic games like Candy Land, Clue and Monopoly which are updated to Include Edible Belgian Chocolate Playable Piece.
All of the chocolate games have the same essential features as their famous counterparts, except that their cards and letter tiles have been replaced with the finest Belgian milk chocolate encased within printed wrappers.
Rules for all of the games have been slightly modified by Gamesformotion to ensure they’re always fun and easy to play. Now instead of playing solely for the bragging rights of winning, in many of the games, you now win all of the chocolate that you could hope for in one sitting. Now that’s something to pass go for.
“Board games seem to hold fond memories for people of all ages. Nowadays we lack that connection a bit.” States CEO of Gamesformotion Arnold Super.
“When you hit gatherings family and friends would rather be on their phones checking social media instead of actually connecting with one another. Our thought process was ‘How can we change this?’ Most of us are able to say that our happiest and exceptionally sentimental moments revolve around playing our favorite board games with our friends and families.
So why not reinvent them for just about everyone to enjoy? We think adding chocolate was an ingenious move and will really strike an intrigue button as to how the game should be played. It encourages genuine connection and is also the perfect gift for the holiday season.”
Gamesformotion develops promotional games that not only look good, but are also played time and time again. The company is known for their tailor-made games with multi purpose directions that focus on advertising all the way to education.
Their classic chocolate game selections are currently being distributed throughout the US and are hitting the stores just in time for the holiday seasons.
All games will be available for purchase beginning November 2014 at mass retail stores such as Target, CVS, at select SuperValu store locations, Kmart, Amazon.com, Meijer and Fred Meyer, Bed Bath & Beyond and select smaller distributors with retail prices starting at only $9.99.
Games within the release include Scrabble and Battleship for adults to Candy Land, Guess Who?, and Monopoly for the family. Select board game pieces and parts are made from the finest Belgian milk chocolate, and all games come in handy 212 x 212 x 36 mm boxes.
Throughout the years the company has developed into a leading specialist when it comes to chocolate editions of the world’s most popular games and recently gained licenses to recreate games such as Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit™, Scrabble®, Pictionary, Clue, Twister, Battleship, Mr. Potato Head and Memory.
With some of the world’s favorite games on shipping out with chocolate pieces for the holiday season, Gamesformotion is surely set to change the dynamics of modern day board game fun.
About Gamesformotion
Gamesformotion is a Netherlands based company that creates tailor-made games for any purpose, from advertising to education. Besides developing their own selection of games, the company also produces popular, well known branded games as well.
The company’s range of entertainment also features unique chocolate editions of the world’s more favorite games such as Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit™, Twister Scrabble®, Pictionary, Clue, Twister, Battleship, Mr. Potato Head, and Memory.
Before my daughter Suzzane passed away we used to play board games all the time. We used Twister at a couple of her Birthday parties and Monopoly was something we would do while watching movies. I miss those days so much. Just as much as I miss her. I can still hear her laughing when she would play Twister and fall down. As for Monopoly she always wanted to be the hat. Why I have no clue but everyone knew that was her piece and not to take it.
Now that Charlie is getting older I can’t wait to share some of these games with Charlie. I’m sure we will have just as much fun as I did with Suzzane. I think Charlie will want to be the car in Monopoly.
I bet Charlie’s favorite game will be Candy Land. I’m sure Charlie and his friends will log many miles on that game. As for David he doesn’t like playing Twister because he says he is to old and would break a bone. I might as well but that will not stop me from playing.
What is your families favorite game and why?
