I thought I would share a fun addition to our Christmas Gift Guide 24: Full Moon Fairy: Under The Harvest Moon & Trinket Kit (September) By Karly Bonfante Illustrated By Kenzie Raposo a children’s book and trinket series with a Stuffie collection. I received Under The Harvest Moon in exchange for this review.
First and foremost when you choose Full Moon Fairy our Kids receive Books and educational Magic for Kids and parents monthly! Allowing Christmas to last forever while getting children excited to sit down and read while getting them off electronics for a bit.
I opened up the box that was full of fun surprises including the book Under The Hunters Moon. I wish you had the opportunity to see the book in person. It’s so pretty with the marron band and the beautiful picture on the cover of the book
In the middle of the book is a picture and your see a little girl and Mushrooms that look like you could reach out and touch them. I love ho w the picture is set inside a circle of Flowers and Mushrooms almost likes its been framed.
Open Under The Hunter’s Moon and look at all the critters including Foxes and a Deer. inside the book the Author has taken the time to explain both Moon Phrases with us and Full Moons which is a teaching moment for my family and would have been a great addition to our #Homeschool Lessons.
In the story we learn about The Hunte’s Moon another teaching moment for my family. We watch the Little girl look for her friend and learn all kinds of things about The Hunter’s Moon. The illustrations will keep both children of all ages and adults captivated for hours on end.
We learn words our children might not recognize like vegetarian which could have been added to our Homeschool Spelling List when Charlie was homeschooling. In the book we meet Blossom a Opossum. There is Badgers as well. To find out what happens in the story you will need to pick up your own copy of Full Moon Fairy Under The Hunter’s Moon and when you pick up your copy check out all the other books.
In this series is 14 books which would allow you to read one book a month for a year and twice during the year double up on your reading. For my family this would be during the Winter when its to cold to go outside.
The first book in the series introduces us to Faye the Full Moon Fairy and there is also a special Blue Moon Book. The Blue Moon Book is the book I can’t wait to read. The Full Moon Fairy kits can include a surprise gift to place inside our children’s shoes they leave out on the eve of the Full Moon.
There is also a Stuffie collection I would like to get to go along with the books I want to purchase for my nieces for Christmas. Now, if you will excuse me I am off to fullmoonfairy.com to get started. Where I will select how many book sand trinkets I want by age. If you purchase the entire set you can save 10%.
I love how there is a booklet included in our boxes that introduces to all the character including Faye, and Mama Bear. My favorite is Saffi the Owl because the Owl reminds me of my mom who collected Owls. Charlie said he liked Mama Bear and David liked Louie the Otter.

I would like to introduce you to the founder and creator of Full Moon Fairy, Karly Bonfante, a young mom who created Dull Moon Fairy to hold on to the magic years a little longer, educate children about our planet and give parents and kids something special to do every month.

Meet Karly- founder and creator A mother of two children in their “magic years,” Karly found herself craving ways to slow down and connect with her children and pass along foundational values and lessons. In an effort to enhance authentic mindfulness and wonder with her brood, she adopted the “full moon fairy” practice shared with her by a friend, improvising bedtime stories and scavenging for educational knick-knacks to accompany the fables.
As the enchanting story naturally unfolded and her character of Faye the Full Moon Fairy came to life, Karly noticed the pure joy and enthusiasm of her captive audience of two, and moreover, the therapeutic effect the newfound ritual had on her.
Before long, she was daydreaming of this mystical world’s wholesome, educational potential and fantasizing about sharing its magic with other young families. Equipped with 20-plus years of experience in the fashion and wellness industries and eternally inspired by her kids, she embarked on her next great adventure: bringing the Full Moon Fairy to doorsteps around the world and connecting earthlings big and small under the generous, nurturing moon.
