A Woman’s Journey From Poverty to Purpose & Profits! If that doesn’t attract you to read this book as a woman I don’t know what will. Precious has passion and perserverance like no other. This book came at just the right time to kick start my fire again.
I am coming through a really tough season of losing my father, recovering from a stroke, almost losing my home to foreclosure, having to let one of my vehicles go and more. It was a rough year last year and I am so ready for the Purpose and Profits in this season!
One chapter is “When Strangers Helped Me Rebuild”… I can completely relate to this chapter. It starts off with some choice words and passion to back it up… I GET IT!!!!
When I sold my truck I was sad but it was necessary. Then I met the Mama, a stranger, who has it and we have become friends and helping eachother with our purpose in this season. I have three teens and and she has three toddlers, same age difference. It’s rough as a new mom and frankly, it’s rough as a teen mom, right!? So, we are both digging in and looking over all the motivational and inspirational ways we can utilize the flame that The Pitch Queen has put back in us.
Another chapter…. Never Waste God’s Second Chances…. Ain’t that the truth.
Guys, I am in round two of Tara. They say when you lose a parent you lose a part of your identity. There is such a complex situation behind my Father’s death but it’s very true. I was bedridden for months, unsure how to get my feet on the ground. Crying NON-STOP. Completely lost and concerned over my memory.. Stress really gets ya sometimes and I have plenty of that then to lose my father as well. It was a lot.
Precious says “Real winner are born in trenches, Not at the top” So here we go!!!
I’ve been Cooped Up (Time to resurface!!) but I’m coming out of these trenches ready to hit the switch and pull curtains!!
Precious is so inspiring and honestly, even if you aren’t an entrepreneur, I highly suggest this book for life motivation. Go get you one!!
