I’ve been trying to figure out where to take Charlie for Halloween this year. I ended up online and found Fort Worth & Dallas Zoo Halloween Activities. After looking through the list I decided I would like to to take Charlie Fort Worth Boo At The Zoo.
I saw Dallas Zoo was hosting Halloweekend At The Dallas Zoo as well. David. I sat down to discuss both events with and I believe we will go to Halloweekend At The Dallas Zoo because none of us have attended this event. Have you been here?
I would like to ask you a question have you ever visited the Dallas Zoo? If you have visited the Dallas Zoo what did you like or dislike about the Zoo and why? What did your children think of the Dallas Zoo? I have another question for you have you ever been to the Fort Worth Zoo? If you have visited both the Fort Worth Zoo and Dallas Zoo which Zoo did you prefer and why?
After visiting the Dallas Zoo are there other attractions nearby that you think my family should check out on our way home? Or restaurants we should visit while in Dallas?
Boo at the Zoo offers tricks and treats for the entire family
Fort Worth Zoo set to host 21st annual Halloween event
FORT WORTH, Texas – The Fort Worth Zoo’s family friendly Halloween celebration will continue as a daytime event, running from noon to 5 p.m. over two weekends — Oct. 19 to 21 and Oct. 26 to 28.
Boo at the Zoo, presented by Wells Fargo and Central Market, will feature many new carnival games, a tot spot, crafts and candy, and the most popular attraction: Zoo animals!
Daytime event hours will make the entire Zoo open to Boo at the Zoo guests, allowing keepers to incorporate Boo-themed activities into the animal exhibits throughout the entire park. Zoo guests will also enjoy a Halloween-themed stage show featuring the Zoo’s Wild Wonders animals in the Outdoor Learning Theater.
The main portion of Boo at the Zoo—carnival games, crafts, tot spot and trick-or-treating—will take place at the Zoo’s Special Events Pavilions. Admission to the site is $3 per person.
Other Halloween-themed animal enrichment throughout the park and the stage show can be enjoyed with the price of regular Zoo admission—$12 for adults, $9 for children ages 3-12, $9 for seniors ages 65 and up, and free for children 2 and under. Admission to the Boo event site is charged for all ages. Boo at the Zoo tickets will be available for purchase inside the Zoo.
The nationally acclaimed Fort Worth Zoo has been ranked the No. 5 zoo in the nation by USA Travel Guide and the No. 1 attraction in the DFW Metroplex by Zagat survey.
The Zoo is home to more than 500 animal species and a world-famous reptile collection, housed in the brand new Museum of Living Art (MOLA). The institution’s focus on education and conservation is second to none, enhancing the lives of more than 1 million visitors a year.
