Welcome to October. I wanted to bring you our series sharing Food Holidays: October, 2021. Did you know its National Pumpkin Month. I did and I must tell you when ever I’m in the grocery store I find more and more items made with Pumpkin. I will pass on celebrating National Pumpkin Month because I don’t care for Pumpkin. Although, my mother in law is always making Pumpkin Bread during the Holidays which my sister and David eat.
Charlie is like me and says he will pass on National Pumpkin Month as well because Charlie also doesn’t like Pumpkin. Do you like Pumpkin? If so what is your favorite recipe created with Pumpkin and why? Before I let you go there is one thing Charlie and I like doing with Pumpkins and its creating a Jack O Lantern for our home.
