Good morning, how are you? I would like to share our Food Holidays: January 31st, 2022, Today is National Hot Chocolate Day, and you can bet your bottom dollar if Charlie and I felt better I would make Charlie and I Hot Chocolate. Although, at the moment I don’t feel like standing over the stove to warm the Milk for our Hot Chocolate. Now, I know you can use Water, but it just doesn’t taste as good. Now, I have a question for you. When you make Hot Chocolate do you prefer Milk or Water and why?
National Hot Chocolate Day
Few beverages are as deep-rooted in the culture of Americans’ collective childhood quite like Hot Chocolate. Hot Chocolate reminds us of raining days, sledding, or even a quiet day watching the Snow fall. Hot Chocolate is silky, toasty, and usually smothered in Whipped Cream. No other beverage brings warmth to our lives and tastebuds quite like Hot Chocolate. Cozy up with your favorite mug because on January 31st, we celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day.

- When it’s cold outside, staying cozy by the fire with a mug of Hot Chocolate is one of our favorite Winter traditions. When all you need is a little snuggle and warmth, Hot Chocolate warms your whole body and tastes yummy.
- Chocolate contains Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants and Biochemical Compounds. All of which help give our body a satisfying health boost. Hot Chocolate even increases the Microcirculation in your skin. Who knew Hot Chocolate could be so good for our health?
- When we drink Hot Chocolate, its chemical compounds signal the brain to release Endorphins and Serotonin, which elicit feelings of calmness. These Neurotransmitters work to reduce pain and stress, keeping us worry-free and happy!
