Flashdance 40th Anniversary showing at Cinemark Nother East Mall 18

Entertainment Movies

Charlie and I were working on our lesson plans for this week when Charlie asked me if there were any movies I wanted to see. I let Charlie know I would like to go and see Flashdance 40th Anniversary. I knew Charlie wouldn’t want to attend this movie. But David would go with me even if he didn’t want to. Instead I think I will ask both my sister and my best friend if either of them would like to go with me. Or would you want to?

David let me know he would like to see Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant. I wouldn’t mind seeing as well. Charlie picked out. Charlie asked me if him and his dad could see Renfield which I know David might like. Even though I don’t care for Horror films this looks funny and I might see it with them. Just don’t hold your breath on that happening.

For our Homeschool Music Class I was thinking about taking Charlie to see Chevalier. Although there might be more Sexual Content than I feel comfortable with Charlie seeing. Would you like to come with me? Last but not least is Somewhere in Queens because it’s about Basketball but again there is Sexual Content so make sure you’re comfortable with this before taking your children.

Thank the LORD I am a part of Cinemark North East Mall 18 and XD Movie Rewards and that movies usually run two to three weeks, or my family would go broke seeing all these movies. Although if you go before 5 or on Tuesday’s its cheaper than purchasing a happy meal at McDonalds and allows you to spend time with those we love.

Somewhere in Queens

Leo Russo (Romano) lives a simple life in Queens, New York with his wife Angela (Laurie Metcalf), their shy but talented son “Sticks” (Jacob Ward), and Leo’s close-knit network of Italian-American relatives and neighborhood friends. Happy enough working at the family construction business alongside his father (Tony Lo Bianco) and younger brother (Sebastian Maniscalco), Leo lives each week for Sticks’ high-school basketball games, never missing a chance to cheer on his only child as he rules the court as a star athlete. When the high-school senior gets a surprising and life-changing opportunity to play basketball in college, Leo jumps at the chance to provide a plan for his future, away from the family construction business. But when sudden heartbreak threatens to derail Sticks, Leo goes to unexpected lengths to keep his son on this new path.

I would like to ask you a question. Which of these movies would you like to see and why?

Thank you,
