With Covid-19 still happening which has been going on for over 5 months. More and more people are dealing with Depression. Including my family. With no end in sight I knew I needed to get help for my family. Without insurance there wasn’t a way we could go to the doctor.
The next best thing I could do was find books that deal with depression like Feeling Great: The Revolutionary New Treatment for Depression and Anxiety. I hate because no, parent wants to see there children hurting or scared.
I sat down to read Feeling Great: The Revolutionary New Treatment for Depression and Anxiety once I found the tools he offered us I begin to use them. I could feel myself feeling better.
I asked Charlie to try the tools inside Feeling Great: The Revolutionary New Treatment for Depression and Anxiety I could see the tools were helping Charlie a lot.
Once David noticed the difference in Charlie he even asked if we would read Feeling Great: The Revolutionary New Treatment for Depression and Anxiety to him as he was having trouble focusing at work.
Once David started using the tools his parents noticed a difference in him.
