I wanted to let you know it looks like my Dad knew something when I was growing up and he would let us have #Dessert for Breakfast. February 1st is Ice Cream for Breakfast Day #IceCreamForBreakfastDay. For me this stinks because I started my Diet today and Ice Cream isn’t on my Diet Plan.

Although, growing up I remember my parents having Weight Watchers Ice Cream when they would be on a Diet. I also remember how good the Ice Cream was. I might have to see if I can find something like it for a Snack in the evenings. Do you know of any Ice Cream we can have when on a Diet?
