I would like to share a new book with you Favorite Golf Quotations Wisdom & Inspiration from Legends of the Greatest Game Ever. The book is published by Jackie Corley. I was sent a copy of the book in exchange for this review.
My nephew loves playing Golf and so does his Grandpa and his dad. Not only that my nephew has been taking my niece Lily and my nephew Jason to play Golf on Sundays.
My son Charlie has been trying to figure out a way to get closer to David M. so I shared Favorite Golf Quotations with Charlie. He sat down and read the book and found several quotes he can’t wait to share with David M.
I also read through the book and got to know a little more about Golf. Then I shared the book with David M. who enjoyed reading the book and asked to share it with his dad and grandpa.
With David M. doing that I knew the book was a huge hit and David even asked Charlie to go with him to play Golf one day which is a God send. Charlie let David know he will be studying Golf in Homeschool and that he might even play.
David M. shared with Charlie what it was like when he played Golf in school and let Charlie know if he needed help to just let him know. None of this would have happened if we hadn’t had a copy of Favorite Golf Quotations.
I can’t wait to visit my brother at the end of the month because he also played Golf and even worked at a Golf Course and I want to see what he thinks of Favorite Golf Quotations.
I believe this new book will bring Gerald and Charlie closer together as they will have something in common allowing Gerald to also help Charlie in school.
The book is small enough to fit inside a ladies purse or a child’s backpack and not take up a lot of room. Allowing us to bring the book with us everywhere we go.
Each quote can be written in Charlie’s Creative Writing Journal and we can discuss what the quote means to us. Then Charlie can draw a picture describing the quote.
