Father’s Day has passed and I wanted to share a addition to our Father’s Day Gift Guide 23: Scotch and Porter Beard Collection which contained the following Beard Care products that David received as one of his gifts because they sent me the following products Beard Balm, Smoothing Beard Serum, Beard Conditioner, and Beard Wash in exchange for a review.
The funny part is Charlie is 16 now. At times Charlie has a Mustaches and yes , you can see the Moustache at times. Today Charlie let me know he is thinking of growing a beard to see how it feels and what it would look like. David better hide his products from Scotch and Porter or Charlie may end up taking them for himself.
David used Moisturizing Beard Wash first and once Charlie saw it sitting in the shower he had to try it for his Moustache. Charlie said he liked how well the Beard Wash helped control David’s beard. Charlie said if he does grow a beard he will purchase this for himself. It only takes a small dab for a beard so the container will last a while.
The scents is a soft scent and it isn’t over powering. Charlie said even with just a Moustache he plans on using this at least once a week to keep it styled until his beard grows in. David let me know once he runs out he wants to purchase more of the beard wash because it works better than any other wash he has used.
This will refresh your beard while hydrating our beards. Daivd’s beard is course and this has softened David’s beard which is course so he can comb and style his beard and it helps Davids beard look fuller. You just need to use the Beard Wash three times a week which is perfect for David and Charlie who stay so busy.
Hydrate and Beard Conditioner is what Charlie and David used once they washed the Beard Wash out of there beards. Charlie and David liked how long lasting this is and they it puts moisture into there beards and that this beard conditioner helps strengthen men’s beards, reduces the frizz and promotes heathy hair growth and Charlie thinks we should take stock out in this to see if it will help the hair on his head grow. LOL Habing this has taken David’s beard from being dull, dry and coarse to a nice soft model-worthy beard.
Smoothing Beard Serum was another product Charlie and David had the opportunity to try out. I was surprised when we took the lid off to find out it’s a pump because this will keep us from wasting the products. The Beard Serum helps moisturize guys’ beads and makes them after and less frizzy and helps them shine.

You can use from one pump for a short beard to three or four for a longer beard and this is what David’s beard when its wet after washing and drying your beard. Charlie even let me know he would like to purchase the Smoothing Beard Serum for his brother Mike for his Birthday next month while i would like to purchase this for my brother.
The last product in our set was the Conditioning Beard Balm I love how you open the container and rub it into your beard and can feel how soft it becomes. It doesn’t take much to coat all of there beard. The scent isn’t over powering and David said he would use it before going into work and no, one would know what he did other than his beard looks a lot nicer. Which is a GODSEND.
