Good morning, as we start a new month my Goal is to walk every afternoon with my sister. I do not plan on keeping the time of how long we walk or even setting a goal of how many steps I want to get each day.
I am just going to walk and when I get tired or my knee is bothering me I will quit. I may not lose the weight I would like to lose but I will not hurt myself this way.
I also will be rejoining the Gym at the North Richland Hills Recreation Center so I can walk in the Swimming Pool and use the Hot Tube before David leaves for work in the morning.
I plan on drinking water during the day and even though it should be half my weight in water. I am not going to push it and end up sick like last time. I will just fill Genesis 64 ounce Stainless Steel Water Bottles, Viola I received from Zak.
If the Lord is willing and I drink two of these full of water a day that would be almost half my weight in water. Although, I might need a little more than that. But one is a start right?
For the weight loss I plan on using LCR Health™ Active-PK™ Longevity Activator which is also supposed to help with Energy and Fatigue. Which I will need help with if I plan on walking every day
To help with my High Blood Pressure I’m still going to use Re-3 BP RX which I keep forgetting to take the way I should. So being the first of the month now is the time to start over and take it they it says so I can see if it is actually lowering my Blood Pressure so I don’t have to go to the Doctor which we don’t have and can’t afford.
