Once again David got a call from his brother Mike that his dad was being taken back to the Hospital because his Blood Sugar had bottomed out. David’s parents are in there 80’s and 90’s. Davids dad now has Demetia.

I honestly don’t know how much longer David’s dad will be here but what I do know if if someone doesn’t do something soon David’s mom may go first from all the Stress from taking care of David Sr. I know no, one wants to think about putting there loved ones in a nursing home but I believe then need to do this before something bad happens.

To help David and his brothers be prepared for one of there parents passing I will be sharing this End of Life Planner wit them so they are prepared when something happens. David and Mike can share the one I have and I will purchase another one for Bo David’s little brother.

The End of Life Planner was created to provide an all-in-one toll to organize all our loved ones information in one place. The planner has wide wire rings which makes it easier to write in and the pages will not tear out.

The cover has a cute design which would look nice sitting out on our desk. The cover is Vegan Leather making it different from other planners I’ve purchased in the past There is expandable pockets in the back and front of the planner to keep extra information we need.

Along with a Pen holder so no, matter where we are we always have a pen on hand. The planner has tabs to help us find what we are looking for at anytime. In the front of the planner is a page to record who this information is for.

Then there is a page inside the End of Life Planner for us to add information about who knows about the book as well as a place to record the pin for there phone and there main email address and password which people need more times than we know.

In the front of the book is a table of contents so we know where to look for a certain section. The book includes family information, personal information, what happens at the time of passing. other contacts we may need.

Along with medical information, finical information, business information, personal property and information on there pets,. Subscriptions they may have. Email, Social Media and website logins. Along with thee personal final wishes and personal messages along with Miscellaneous Notes.

I can’t wait to have David take the Eng of Life Planner done to his mother’s for her to fill out although I am sure David is going to want me to do it because he doesn’t want to upset his mother or brothers but they need to be prepared.

Even though Charlie is only 16 Suzzane was 16 when she passed away I wish I had a book like the End of Life Planner with all of her information. I plan on getting one of these planners for all three of us and my sister and even my brother who I don’t think will take the time to fill out the End of Life Planner but he should and he should place it in his Safe so when something happens to him we know what he would like done.

Before you ask what about my parents both of them have passed away and thank the LORD my dad had all of his plans done and filled with his LAWYER and he was able to handle my mom’s affairs because she passed away first. The LORD only knows when each of us will go so it could be David’s mom who passes first leaving David’s dad behind and we would all be in a world of hurt because with his Demetia he might not know where anything is or even how to take care of Granny Sherry’s wishes and she may leave Dougie her brother behind and we would need to know her wishes regarding him.

if you purchase the End of Life Planner for your friends and family make sure they use there phone t open up the QR Code for a lifetime warranty on the planner. Plus there is a PDF so we can print out pages to give to our family members.
